User Account Information

This refers to the email lists you upload for bulk email cleaning . We treat this data as strictly confidential and process it solely to perform the requested verification services.
Service Delivery
To accurately identify invalid email addresses , catch-all domains, and disposable emails.
Account Communication
To send transactional emails, such as credit balance alerts and billing receipts.
Security & Protection
To prevent fraudulent use of our API email verification tools and to maintain the integrity of our platform.
Temporary Storage
Uploaded files are stored securely only for the duration of the list cleaning process.
Automated Deletion
To ensure maximum data privacy , all uploaded lists and their corresponding results are automatically deleted from our servers after a set period (typically 60 days) or sooner if manually deleted by the user.
No Data Selling
